These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Arqiva Living, a digital studio based in Lahore, Pakistan · Remote-first digital studio for home plans & interiors. They govern your use of arqiva-living.com and the purchase of our home-planning packages through Plan & Pay.

What we sell
Arqiva Living sells digital design services: measured 2D and 3D floor plans, space layouts, interior concepts, and related add-ons. Packages are configured by square footage, storeys, and optional extras, then paid online. We deliver files digitally. We do not sell construction, permits, or on-site works.
Accounts and orders
You must provide accurate billing details when you create an order. Each Plan & Pay checkout creates an order in your account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
Pricing and payment
Package totals are quoted on the site in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) using the published formula: base fee for the first 400 sq ft, plus extra area, multiplied by storey, plus add-ons. Card checkout is processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Because PKR is not a Paddle payment currency, the charge presented at checkout is the USD equivalent of your quoted PKR total.
Production starts after payment is confirmed. Taxes, if applicable, are calculated by Paddle at checkout.
Deliverables and use
Paid packages include the digital files described on the service page and in your order. You may use the files for your own home or project. You may not resell our drawings as a competing product, or present them as someone else’s original work. We retain the underlying design methods and templates.
Changes, delays, and your brief
Turnaround depends on package size and the completeness of your brief. Rush delivery is an add-on where offered. Extra revision rounds beyond those included may be charged as an add-on. If your brief changes substantially after work has started, we may need a new order.
Refunds and cancellation
Digital custom work is produced to your measurements. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy before you pay. Chargebacks for completed work may be disputed.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to submit unlawful, misleading, or infringing content, to probe or disrupt our systems, or to process payments you are not authorised to make.
Limitation of liability
Plans are design documentation, not a substitute for a licensed architect, engineer, or local building-code review where those are required. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Arqiva Living is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a paid order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
