- Account and order details you submit: name, email, phone, password (stored hashed), project notes, square footage, and package selections.
- Payment metadata from Paddle, including Paddle customer and transaction IDs and payment status. We do not store full card numbers. Paddle is the merchant of record and processes the charge.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to operate, secure, and improve the site.
How we use it
- Create your account and fulfil paid digital packages.
- Send order receipts, status updates, and replies to enquiries.
- Prevent fraud and keep checkout and webhooks secure.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for unrelated marketing lists.
Processors
We share data only with services needed to run the studio: hosting, email delivery, and Paddle (payments, invoices, and tax). Paddle’s own privacy terms apply to the checkout overlay and billing records they hold.
